1. Outsourcing and Quality Standards (NABL)

1. Designated Partner Labs: Certain specialized examinations may be outsourced to third-party referral laboratories. Oneprick Labs ensures that all such laboratories are NABL-accredited and comply with the latest ISO 15189:2022 standards for quality and competence.
2. Report Authorization: Reports for outsourced tests will clearly identify the performing referral laboratory. Final clinical authorization is provided by qualified pathologists or authorized signatories at the respective NABL-approved facility.
3. Sample Integrity: Oneprick Labs maintains strict control over pre-examination processes, including hygienic collection and controlled transportation, to ensure sample stability before reaching the referral lab.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

1. Information Use: The content on this website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the website or collection services does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship.
3. Test Availability: Oneprick Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific tests based on clinical relevance or regulatory updates.

3. Patient Privacy and Data Security

1. Confidentiality: All patient data, including clinical history and test results, are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with Indian data protection laws and ISO 15189 standards.
2. Data Sharing: Patient information is shared with NABL-partner labs solely for the purpose of performing the requested examinations.

4. Billing and Payments

1. Payment Modes: Accepted payment methods include NFC mobile payments, Credit and Debit cards and UPI apps like Google Pay, Paytm etc. and cash after sample collection.
   
   Refund Policy: Requests for refunds due to test cancellation are subject to the processing status of the sample at the time of request. Refunds are processed within 7 working days as per the payment method.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

1. Third-Party Accuracy: While Oneprick Labs only partners with NABL-accredited facilities, it disclaims direct liability for errors or delays originating from the referral laboratory's internal processes.
2. Force Majeure: Service delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, where Oneprick Labs Private Limited is registered.
